Efficacy on sleep troubles
Soken Study conducted in 2006:
- on 44 volunteers, men and women, between the ages of 25 and 40
- with a dose of 150 mg per day of Lactium® for 4 weeks
Aim:
Study the effects of Lactium® on sleep troubles.
Conclusions:
- Lactium® decreases sleep troubles, in particular among people who are anxious or moderately depressed
- Lactium® progressively restores good sleep, without drowsiness, with an improved of diurnal alertness.

Lactium® can help sleep troubles but is not a sleep medication.
