At lunch time Eat better !

Sit at a table and focus on eating your meal. Choose anti-stress food rich in anti-oxidants (vitamins C and E, selenium...), vitamin B, and magnesium.

Your meal should consist of raw vegetables (carrots, peppers, tomatoes), whole grain bread, beans or brown rice, liver or salmon, mango or dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts...) Instead of coffee drink green or red tea (without caffeine). Look at anti-stress foods.


During the day

Do so for at least 10 minutes.
